The City of Malmö established an innovation platform aimed at supporting the development of existing apartment buildings in the city’s South-East region.

The Malmö Innovation Platform brings together creative forces in business, academia and the community to build a joint innovation capacity in renovation of existing apartment buildings in South-East Malmö. The aim is to use physical regeneration as a motor for socio-economic development, long-term environmental goals and business opportunities.
