Professor Kang Fei-Yu, the recently selected inaugural Chairman of the World Alliance for Low Carbon Cities and Dean of Tsinghua University’s Graduate School at Shenzhen, spoke to a reporter from Chinese news agency Xinhua for an interview published on June 11th. Prof. Kang provided the reporter with an overview of the current state of Chinese low-carbon development and its significance for the future of China’s environment and the role which the World Alliance for Low Carbon Cities could possibly play in supporting this development.
